ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION

The Association of Ballet and Arts Fernanda Bianchini has existed since 1995 and is recognized worldwide for pioneering a method developed by ballerina and physiotherapist Fernanda Bianchini Coneglian Saad. By this method, the visually impaired learn to dance Ballet gracefully, like any other beautiful dancer. Learning begins in touch. The step is taught to every student. The teacher, always with great affection, guidance and repeats every movement until, at one point, the dancers dance with only oral instructions.

The Association provides free classes for the visually impaired of all ages, with classes in Classical Ballet, Tap, Ballroom Dancing, Dance for Seniors, Adult Ballet and music. With these courses, our students improve posture, balance, spatial concept and self-esteem, and break down barriers and prejudices.

Our Association has been constantly subject of newspapers, magazines and TV shows, and presented with pride, in Brazil and abroad. Our doors are always open to visitors who want to know more deeply the history, method of dance professionals and students, who make the Association of Ballet and Arts Fernanda Bianchini an institution of reference in international cultural and personal hearing visual and also 10% of vacancies for other types of disabilities and non-disabled children and teenagers seeking work in reverse inclusion.

Begins

The classic ballet for the blind began in the Institute for the Blind, in Sao Paulo for nearly 16 years. This work, as well as his method is a pioneer in the world and was developed voluntarily by ballerina and physiotherapist Fernanda Bianchini. With the dedication of the teacher and the students, the group was breaking paradigms, overcoming barriers and transforming what was impossible in fine art. .
